Job Description:

Join the Brandy Whelan American Family Insurance Agency team in Belvidere and Oregon, IL !

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering questions and discussing product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs. You'll coordinate prospecting through direct mail and personal insurance reviews, entering leads, pulling motor vehicle and claims reports, entering new applications and submitting changes on existing policies.

Position Requirements:

-Good verbal and written communication skills

-Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office

-Self motivated and detail oriented

-Ability to work in a team environment

-Two years of customer service experience preferred

-Property and Casualty insurance licensing is preferred and must be obtained within 90 days

Compensation & Benefits:

· Competitive hourly pay rate $17.00 plus bonuses and commission
