Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a high energy, self-starter, multi-tasker with experience in Retail Customer Service that can handle daily tasks, solve customer problems and interact in a friendly manner with customers, staff and vendors to coordinate activities related to order delivery and customer satisfaction. This is a fast paced, multi-tasking job that requires you to have a proactive and self-controlled work ethic; be a Self-starter and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Customer Relations:
Assist sales associates with showroom tasks
Handle specific Inbound/Outbound calls from customers
Recognize individual customer service needs and resolve their inquiry
Maintain and update customer related information systems to ensure that our client hold accurate records; collect and access appropriate information relevant to type of call
Respond to customers through a variety of channels including telephone (both inbound and outbound), internet, and written correspondence as appropriate
Acquire detailed knowledge of product ranges and services to provide excellent service
Serve customers across the product portfolio and resolve a wide range of common inquiries
Understanding of the warranty process and ability to process and follow-up with claims for our customers.
Strong people skills – a polite and professional demeanor when working with other companies, staff or customers.
Exceptional customer service Skills – Coordinate delivery schedules, assist in warranty and R/A procedures, communicate directly with customers.
Able to handle a multi-tasking environment.
MS Office 365 Knowledge Required
Previous ERP System workflow a Plus
Previous Furniture Retail Experience a Plus
General Requirements:
Strong computer skills required
Strong Microsoft Office Skills required
Strong written and oral communication skills
Organized and Detail-Oriented
