At Rome Aire Services, our customers are our top priority and we're looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative with great communication skills to join our team! We are a local, family-owned small business serving the Palm Beaches looking for a CSR willing to learn and grow with our company. This position will begin with basic call handling and customer experience management with potential for growth as an office manager.

Our ideal candidate has top notch attention to detail, organizational skills, and thrives in a highly process-driven role.

The Customer Service Representative will work in a fast paced and multi-tasked environment, and take ownership of commercial and residential leads received via telephone & email.

The Customer Service Representative will be in charge of scheduling estimates & service calls, monitoring technician dispatch, and keeping customers up to date on any changes in their appointments throughout the day. This position requires organization and attention to detail to ensure maximum efficiency of our technician's schedules, adaptability to make changes throughout the day as needs arise, and great communication skills with customers, technicians, and the office staff.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for anyone calling Rome Aire Services, and you will ensure that anyone who contacts us has an amazing experience. Your main objective is to maintain and cultivating positive relationships with new and existing customers.

In addition to the hourly rate and WEEKLY paychecks, this role is eligible for performance bonuses after 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone, greeting callers, and scheduling.
• Appointment scheduling using company scheduling protocols and internal scheduling database software.
• Directs calls to appropriate individuals or department after obtaining adequate information.
• Displays professional courtesy at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English - able to speak English at an advanced level with outstanding sentence structure, spelling and grammar
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 5 years of customer service experience
• Call center experience preferred
• ServiceTitan experience a HUGE plus
• Ability to work independently
• Hall of Fame work ethic and ability to learn at rapid speed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
