We have the job for you! Citizens State Bank has an opening for a full-time customer service representative at our Telluride branch. The job includes subsidized housing.
In this role, you will be on the front lines of serving the people of Telluride. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving deposits and issuing withdrawals; cashing checks; processing loan and credit card payments; selling products like cashier’s checks and safety deposit boxes; answering questions in person or by phone; and recommending other bank services. Our Customer Service Representatives are truly the face of Citizens State Bank!
In addition to these duties, you will work with our Chief Strategy Officer to shape our marketing and social media strategy. This includes coordinating the design and production of print and digital materials, regularly posting to our social media channels, planning events, and identifying potential bank partnerships.
Experience in banking and/or marketing is helpful but not required. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, unquestionable integrity, and a clear attention to detail. A resilient, positive attitude with the capacity to be appropriately assertive and maintain composure under pressure is a must.
Pay starts at $18 an hour. This position offers full benefits.
