Summary

The customer support representative is the point of contact for clients to ensure their data is recorded accurately and fully understood in order to communicate with internal departments. He/she is responsible to meet all client needs, be prompt in obtaining requested information and is works with the sales team to assure timely completion of projects. He/she is responsible for interdepartmental communications and coordination on their assigned accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operational processing, communication and coordination between clients and internal departments
• Coordinates mailing services and mailing activities for client’s catalogs
• Communicates with and schedules outside vendors
• Creates mailing instructions and provides requested inkjet samples to clients
• Prepares and provides final invoice for the mail services
• Provide the client electronic tracking reports (monitoring the delivery of their catalog) if requested

Qualifications

• Client relations experience
• Familiarity of postal knowledge and presort software
• Able to work with little or no supervision.
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work on multiple concurrent projects
• Demonstrate flexibility as job requirements change

Experience:

• Customer relationship management: 3 years (Required)
