Deer Mountain is a summer day camp located in Rockland County and our staff members come from all the different areas we serve. The DMDC Team is full of fun, creative and kind educators, sports coaches, artists and camp professionals who love the impact that a summer camp can have on adults and children.
Deer Mountain Day Camp is looking for recent college graduates, graduate students and/or teachers to fill our available positions below:

Camp Dates:
- 2023 Camp Dates: Monday, June 26th to Friday, August 18th
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 4:15 pm
- Some pre-season training required
- Daily lunch and snacks provided

Deer Mountain Day Camp is located in Pomona, NY at the base of the Ramapo Mountains. We have a 25 acre campus that features a stream fed lake, 5 pools, 4 tennis courts, zip lines, aerial adventure elements, 3 softball fields, two soccer fields, a football field, full size hockey rink and 25 indoor buildings that serve as camper bunks and home to our arts and stem programs. We are a town away from Woodcliff Lake, Mahwah, Montvale and Suffern and 25 minutes from the George Washington Bridge. We serve campers ranging in age from 3 to 15 who come from Rockland, Bergen, Orange and Westchester Counties and New York City.

Pay: $400.00 - $700.00 per week

Education:

- Childcare: 1 year (Required)
- First aid: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sports coaching: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
