Join our industry-leading Dental & Vision Organization!This individual will work closely with the Dental & Vision product managers, Individual Family Product (IFP), Compliance, Legal, State Filing, and Operations to develop individual dental, vision, and hearing products, and maintain compliant individual product offerings in the marketplace. To be successful in the role, this individual must be able to operate in a matrix organization and possess an ability to digest complex information into actionable insights for the Dental & Vision and IFP teams. Attention to detail and implementation of the strategy will be critical abilities needed for this role.
Direct Responsibilities:
Leveraging Cigna's existing compliance process and other methods, develop both commercial and government individual family dental product forms. Including ACA complaint dental and traditional individual dental, vision, and hearing plans including but not limited to drafting policy provisions, schedules, riders, applications, and other applicable forms.
Responsible for seeing product forms through from development to approval including managing and responding to form filing-related objections.
Partners with the Dental & Vision Product team, IFP team, and other needed stakeholders to develop and maintain compliant product standards for Individual Dental, Vision, and Hearing product offerings.
Partners with Compliance and Legal to maintain awareness of both federal and state product-relevant requirements such as state nuances for form langue, benefit design, service area, and network adequacy.
Partner with Compliance, SFT, and Legal to ensure all routine product-related filings to maintain product standards are identified, tracked, and executed.
Responsible and accountable for working with IFP and Dental Product line managers to ensure product designs have documented standards that are clear, transparent, and enforced.
Responsible for partnering with Dental Product and IFP team and another key business partner on non-standard product requests.

Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
5 plus years of experience in the Insurance Industry; including specific experience with Individual Dental, Vision, and Hearing insurance preferred.
Health insurance product development experience, specifically Individual Dental, Vision, and Health preferred.
Knowledge of both federal and state-specific regulations and standards for Individual Dental required, with knowledge of Vision and Hearing products preferred.
Knowledge and experience working with government programs (PPACA, Medicare Advantage, etc.) and an understanding of both federal and state filing systems (HIOS, SERFF) preferred.
Knowledge and experience working with State-based Exchanges for Individual Dental a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work in Matrix Environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Detail oriented.
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
Continuously strives to provide superior products and customer service.
Strategically aligns processes and resources to future goals and objectives.
Ability to successfully develop relationships with team members and external partners.
Experience or ability to work in a remote/work-at-home environment.
Reporting Relationship:
This position serves as an integral member of the Dental Product Team. The individual will report directly to the Dental & Vision Product Standards Manager who, in turn, reports to the Director of Dental & Vision Products. This individual will support both the Dental Product Team and the IFP team in the creation and development of individual family dental, vision and hearing plans.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 71,900 - 119,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
