Apex Dental Millersville MD is a new dental office that will be opening in January 2023, so we're looking for a Dental Front Office - Business coordinator to join our team! We're hiring now so we can train our new team members before opening.

Dental front office experience is ideal for candidates to have since this will be a new office. If you're looking for an exciting new office to grow your career in, this could be it!

The office will be located on Veterans highway Millersville MD. As a Business Coordinator, you'll work in an environment that encourages learning and support all our front office operations

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients as they enter the office to create a great first impression of our team.
• Manage front office duties, including answering phones, checking office mail and email, communicating with patients and insurance companies.
• Utilize Open dental / Softdent for patient scheduling and records Schedule and confirm appointments and follow up on outstanding claims, verification of benefits and explanation of coverage Post insurance and patient payments.

Experience

• Preferred Experience 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical setting.
• 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable Softdent or other dental software experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
