We are Growing! Family Medical Center of Michigan, Inc has added a new position for our Dental Center!

The Dental Technician is an important part of the dental team in improving patient services, efficiency, and productivity by successfully managing sterilization protocols.

Common tasks include

• Use and perform spore tests; record and maintain the results on file
• Assist in inventory, storage and ordering of supplies. Keep operatories and sterilization area fully stocked, organized and safe
• Effectively sanitize procedure area after each patient, in accordance with OSHA standards and prepare area for the next patient.
• Conduct routine maintenance of equipment to include changing traps, filters and flushing water lines, maintaining the developer and sterilizer, etc
• Maintain current knowledge of dental materials, dental procedures, oral hygiene procedures, and sterilization/disinfection procedures
• Other duties as assigned

FMC requires its employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the time of hire.

$300 Sign-On Bonus

Monday - Friday, no weekends, evenings, or holidays.

Qualifications Include

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Experience in a dental or medical setting preferred
• Must possess the ability to organize work activities, problem solve, manage time, keep and maintain accurate written and computer records and complete reports as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
