Parker consists of several divisions; Parker Holiday designs and installs holiday displays, Parker Interior Plantscape designs, installs, and services interior and exterior live and artificial plantings, Parker Urban Greenscapes designs and installs living walls and roofs.

Job Responsibilities:

· Work with sales designers on custom holiday designs

· Holiday décor (wreaths, trees, garland, arrangements) from design to completion

· Moss wall design and construction

· Design and execute silk floral arrangements

· Assist with maintenance of stock components for design work

· Assist design labor, set up line work and samples

Qualifications

· Experience in holiday décor and silks preferred

· Excellent understanding of color, proportion, composition

· Flexible schedule during peak holiday seasons

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Detail oriented, highly organized

· Able to effectively manage time sensitive projects

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

· Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift

Salary commensurate with experience.

Physical/Environmental elements for this position: Applicant must be able to do the following for the majority of the shift: Lift and/or carry up to 25-30 lbs., bend, kneel, stand and walk, use stairs and ladders, use hand tools, push and pull, reach overhead, and twist, etc. The work environment will vary depending on season, IE subject to weather conditions (cold or hot temperatures), loud noises, etc.
