We're looking for a highly motivated desktop administrator to join our Client service team to help support incidents, problems and requests. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude and also be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques.

This role will require the successful candidate to be in office M-F at our Corporate Headquarters in Mountain View, CA.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for providing high-quality support service to the office by resolving incidents/requests in a timely fashion, remotely or in person.
  • Assists with the setup and support of audio and video conferences and audio/visual technology for meetings; Zoom Collaboration Software and Hardware support and maintenance.
  • Ensure and maintain data integrity in the Asset Management system, CMDB with ServiceNow.
  • Set up accounts and image computers for new hire onboarding.
  • Maintain diligent records of assets returned or collected back to IT during offboarding Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents and resolutions.
  • Takes a proactive approach to problem solving by identifying patterns and trends Performs other duties as assigned

What you bring:

  • Knowledge of Windows & Mac OS to troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong knowledge of SAAS products such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom.
  • Video conferencing software and hardware knowledge (Zoom).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
  • Basic networking and hardware knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication relationship-building and internal customer service skills
