As a DevSecOps Engineer on the Enterprise Delivery Team, you will help lay the groundwork to drive a critical cultural shift. You will work together with the development community, straddling team lines to work across the aisle to bring teams together. In this role specifically, you will provide leadership in the DevSecOps areas of embedding security in development practices, (Vulnerability Scanning, Certificate Management), development of cloud delivery pipelines and patterns, leveraging various scripting languages and open source solutions. Join us in our highly collaborative environment and help lead a new function as we modernize our technology and processes.
What you’ll do:
  • Develop code to test and deploy solutions using the applicable technology.
  • Be a part of Agile development teams to deliver an end-to-end automation of deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management in a cloud environment
  • Build and configure delivery environments supporting CD/CI tools using an Agile delivery methodology.
  • Create scripts and/or templates to automate and/or bootstrap infrastructure provisioning and management tasks
  • Use technologies such as docker and puppet to improve automation.
  • Process monitoring, writing risk analysis, maintenance of system and of the external and internal computer networks of the company in terms of security
What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science or similar area (required)
  • 5+ years’ experience in programming and systems engineering which includes Unix/Linux or Windows systems environment (required)
  • Experience with DevSecOps frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of agile and scrum project methodologies utilizing Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Network, Cloud, and Application Security
  • Experience deploying and monitoring applications in a cloud environment
  • Experience with programing languages (.NET languages preferred)
  • Experience with security automation and machine learning. Up to date security knowledge and vulnerability assessment
