Requirements:
- Registered and licensed in the state of Missouri.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Clinical Dietitian preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document patients' progress and consult with physicians as needed.
- Review diagnosis and design nutrition plans for patients, including nutrition assessment, implementation, and progress toward nutrition goals.
- Educate and provide guidance to staff, patients, and families regarding diet plans.
- Administer and advise food service operations to ensure menus are compliant with prescribed nutritional plans.
- Record any weight gain or reduction in medical charts and personal files.
- Prepare monthly progress reports on each patient.
