Responsibilities:
- Serving food to residents
- Clearing off and cleaning tables
- Working as a team to provide great service!
- Set up and breakdown buffets for lunch and breakfast
- Clear empty tables of linens, dishes and debris and place items in proper areas
- Must minimize & record breakage & waste
- Ensure dishes are not accidentally thrown away
- Properly run machines and perform required cleaning of machines
- Use the proper amount of chemical solutions for each task
- Handle all dishware properly and with care and inform management of any worn dishware
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience in F&B
- The ability to demonstrate co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments
- Ability to pass background check
