Job Summary:
Under the guidance of the Assistant Vice President, Enrollment Services, the Director of Enrollment Marketing is responsible for creating, developing and implementing forward-thinking communication and marketing strategies designed to meet enrollment goals for all Regis University prospective student populations including first-year freshman, transfer, adult and graduate students. The Director of Enrollment Marketing oversees a skilled team of marketers accountable for all prospective student focused marketing activities from lead generation to matriculation. The successful candidate will be a relationship builder who listens, inspires, and establishes trust and collaborative partnerships across the University.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential:
1) Develops and oversees the execution of prospective student communications to drive leads and nurture prospective students across all channels. Works closely with the Strategic Enrollment Management leadership, Enrollment Marketing, University Marketing and Communication (MarCom), as well as various vendors in the creation, development, implementation, delivery and assessment of print materials, direct mail campaigns, email nurture campaigns, landing pages, digital advertising and social media campaigns.
2) Effectively manages staff and assigned projects to meet goals and objectives while adhering to Regis University branding, campaign messaging objectives, and Enrollment Marketing budgets. Provides direction and resources for projects, assures work meets strategic objectives and brand standards. Provides team with leadership, training and professional development growth opportunities.
3) Partners with University stakeholders and external vendors to roll out new marketing campaigns and enrollment management initiatives. Liaise with MarCom staff on activities that include but are not limited to: brand awareness campaigns, regis.edu website, content marketing, Regis Magazine, organic social media campaigns, public relations and editorial projects.
4) Works closely with campus partners and subject matter experts to ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent and on brand. Leads efforts to continually evaluate and update marketing materials to reflect the changing dynamics of academic program curricula, proof points, and points of distinction.
5) Manages vendor relationships to ensure deliverables, control costs and maximize on contracts. Collaborate with advertising agencies by providing input on strategy, placements and costs. Determines best use of resources and oversee quality of production. Manages print vendor relationships keeping control of direct mail, print and postage expenses.
6) Seeks ways to reimagine current processes and infuse technology into Enrollment Marketing projects, further leveraging our marketing automation platform (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce).
7) Works closely with Information Technology, Systems and Enrollment Planning teams to ensure contracts and platforms under Enrollment Marketing purview uphold data hygiene, security and accessibility best practices.
8) Assures projects are completed and delivered within deadline and budget.
9) Provides effective and timely communication of project requirements, priorities, and timelines as well as transparent communication of project statuses to Strategic Enrollment Management leadership.
10) Stays current on best practices, tools and emerging trends related to developments in marketing strategy, content development and audience engagement from in and outside the higher education industry.
11) Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in business administration, communication, marketing, advertising or related field required.
Experience:
Minimum four years of progressively responsible experience in planning and managing integrated lead generation campaigns including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, print and OOH.
Must have experience using CRM and email marketing platforms. Experience using Salesforce preferred.
Must have a strong understanding of web navigation, user experience, search engine optimization and accessibility best practices.
Prior experience in enrollment operations, financial aid planning, enrollment analytics, lead generation management and marketing services in a higher education institution with comparable size and complexity is preferred.
Leadership:
Minimum two years supervisory experience required.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. In addition, some local, regional, and/or national travel is required.

Pay Rate:
$75,000 to $80,000 / annually commensurate with qualifications
