Job Description:
DXC IT is looking for a senior technical leader to drive technology transformation throughout the business and IT environments. This leader will focus on the development of strategies in key focus areas and be responsible for building and leading matrixed teams of subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure the adoption of those strategies. The Director of IT Transformation will manage a small team and be measured on the delivery of change through strategy adoption.
The ideal candidate is someone with a broad technical and business background who has a track record of disrupting the status quo in a way that results in positive outcomes. To be effective, the Director of IT transformation must be able to influence without authority and partner effectively with employees at all levels of the organization in both technical and non-technical roles.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and manage a high performing team, aligned with DXC values: Deliver, Do the right thing, Care, Collaborate, and Community
- Identify, create, and lead matrixed teams of subject matter experts to develop strategies in identified focus areas for the year, and work through existing processes to facilitate the adoption of those strategies
- Partner within DXC IT and DXC Value Streams to develop robust, well-aligned solutions that achieve the desired business outcomes
- Collaborate across DXC globally to enable to bi-directional flow of innovation between DXC IT, Delivery, and other parts of the business
- Lead the innovation program for DXC IT to identify innovative ideas and investments from across the organization
- Establish and implement short and long-range strategies to deliver services to DXC. Run IT like a business by achieving budget and delivering business value

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise and information technology with preference given to experience in IT architecture and IT strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing teams of technologists
- Knowledge of industry standard IT practices, such as ITIL, SecDevOps, SAFE Agile
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Hands-on experience with a variety of enterprise solutions and applications, such as SAP HANA, SAP BW, data analytics, Salesforce, Azure cloud computing, and other modern technology
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Experience with TOGAF architecture frameworks / TOGAF certification is a plus
