As a Louis Vuitton Retail Performance Director, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. Reporting to the VP of Retail Learning and Support, this role will focus on collaboratively working with the store management, regional and corporate teams and partners in improving business performance through a 360 strategy and approach.

As the “go-to” person for all front-of-house store standards and procedures this position has a vital role in ensuring retail excellence across the store network. Through innovative and effective problem-solving skills, this role will support the stores in their delivery of an exceptional client experience through elevated service and operational excellence, with a special focus on resource optimization, therefore ensuring the team’s main focus is on their clients.

The Director, Retail Performance will be responsible for three main pillars: Business intelligence, Drive Performance, and Project Management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Be the point of contact for retail analytics, proposing a 360 view for each level and developing proposals, solutions and action plans to support the brand priorities
• Monitor sales performance, retail KPI’s, non-selling activities, team structures and FTE and identify solutions in order to drive business performance
• Monitor and help drive optimal store scheduling for all regions (Match to traffic, Workforce management, etc)

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$170,000 - $200,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position is located at our Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in NYC and honors the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
