eCommerce Manager– Junk Food Sports will be responsible for executing the roadmap of Hybrid Digital’s eCommerce strategy, focusing on direct-to-consumer sales on Amazon. He/she will maximize revenue growth, track KPIs, and own the reporting of eCommerce sales while working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies. This position will also oversee the marketplace account managers and report to the Director of eCommerce.

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce manager with a demonstrated ability to effectively drive revenue and oversee and implement the company’s eCommerce goals and objectives for Hybrid Digital’s Junk Food Sports channel.

Job Functions

  • Drive revenue by managing the day-to-day operations of the marketplace listing team and partner agencies
  • Manage the marketplace calendar, including coordination of marketing assets, photography, and other pertinent information between internal brand teams, marketplace listing teams, and external partner agencies
  • Manage all merchandising, replenishment, and revenue goals for eCommerce marketplaces focusing on Amazon.com Junk Food Clothing
  • Share weekly and monthly reporting with internal stakeholders, analyze feedback and circulate to appropriate departments
  • Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly marketing budget for on-platform advertising
  • Monitor platform changes and ensure product listings remain optimized and in-compliance
  • Work with the Merchandising and Licensing teams to ensure brand compliance on marketplaces
  • Manage internal and external customer service representatives to resolve customer service and fulfillment issues and ensure a positive post-purchase experience
  • Track KPIs for products, marketing performance, and customer service
  • Audit marketplaces daily with an emphasis on quality and accuracy; collaborate with external agencies and/or internal stakeholders to resolve any issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to identify and prioritize areas of opportunity to grow revenue and serve customers on marketplaces.
  • Manage team and coordinate individual development plans to track progress toward goal achievement

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or higher in a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of eCommerce product management/sales experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, or consumer retail.
  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end eCommerce processes inclusive of website infrastructure, content management, and customer-facing functionality
  • Thorough understanding of best practices for marketplace listings, organic SEO, and customer service
  • Proven success managing eCommerce business initiatives from conception to implementation to delivery with quantifiable results.
  • Highly organized, and able to work within tight deadlines
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and break down larger objectives into a detailed work plan.
  • Ability to effectively apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with submitted work/assignments.
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization to achieve assigned objectives in a cross-functional team-based environment.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management applications
  • Highly proficient in eCommerce platforms including Amazon Seller Central (FBA, FBM, AMOD), Channel Advisor, and Shopify

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
