HPE is hiring an Edge To Cloud New Offer Introduction Program Manager to efficiently support the successful introduction and lifecycle of new HPE GreenLake cloud services against defined strategic objectives. This is a key role in a growing New Offer Introduction PMO group that is at the core of the company’s aaS business. This position will be leading and partnering with cross-functional teams to develop best in class process and tools focused on the desired outcomes. The role includes preparing comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, stakeholder alignment, leverage of tools for effective portfolio & program management, leading change across the stakeholder group and develop data-driven analyses for optimization and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake, prioritization, and governance process for NOI
  • Chair stage gate reviews
  • Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key program management decisions.
  • Ensure demands and tracking are captured in the portfolio and project management (PPM) system and the information is complete, accurate and at the appropriate level, ready for reviews
  • Administer portfolio management tool (PPM) and data, as well as coordinate enhancements and improvements
  • Monitor project updates in PPM, ensuring information are up to date and complete
  • Leads best in class launch & lifecycle process definition and develops / leads related documentations & tooling
  • Works independently to construct highly complex product/service program management models for efficiency; coaches others on program management models.
  • Leads cross functional teams across multiple teams to capture the assessment criteria and readiness needs and develops the process for identifying and addressing gaps.
  • Manages complex, time- sensitive projects and prepares synthesized intelligence reports with clear implications.

Education and Experience Required:

  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent, required. Business or Engineering.
  • Training, certifications, professional associations membership
  • 5 + years of Agile Program management experience
  • Previous experience with Product Development lifecycle.
  • As-a-Service solutions development and operation
  • Product development process design and improvement
  • Expertise with Aha! Roadmaps and Smartsheet, creating dashboards, reports, and using automation to effectively manage multiple projects preferred

Requirements:

  • Knowledge, experience and comfort with leading change and organizational change across a broad set of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Principles, methodologies, and techniques for Agile and Product Lifecycle Management
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master
  • Significant experience participating in and leading process design/improvement projects
  • Experience in development of process documentation for cloud services. Development and delivery of process training
  • Knowledge of principles and best practices of General Lean Product Development principles and practices, Agile Software, and AaS Dev/Ops lifecycle from customer needs identification through operation
  • Experience in their application to programs
  • Experience in their application to process design/improvement

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in creation & delivery of presentations for all organizational levels
  • Very strong project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
  • Developed leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management.

If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Annual Salary: $83,500.00 - $192,100.00
