At KidsPeace, the EHR Finance specialist supports KidsPeace with the implementation and maintenance of the electronic health record (ENRG,) clearinghouse and other billing/collection systems.

Qualifications (Education, Training and Experiences):

BA/BS degree in related field with equivalent work experience preferred. Experience could be considered in place of a degree with the right candidate.

Experience with the Netsmart myEvolv platform preferred. Learning these tools will be primarily self-directed via written documentation, online support communities and recorded webinar style learning.

The ability to deliver training and instruction over remote technology is strongly preferred.

Intermediate technical skill and familiarity with web technology such as browsers (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) is required. Intermediate skill with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) is required. Experience with web based technologies and concepts (e.g. HTML, ASPX, JavaScript, Java, SQL Server) is preferred.

Experience with CMS Guidelines and AMA coding preferred, but not required.

Experience in healthcare, behavioral healthcare, finance, or life sciences is preferred, but not required.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Valid driver's license preferred, but not required.
