Job description

Embroidery Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Selecting the thread, fabric, hoops, and designs appropriate to each project.
• Setting up machines and supervising the embroidery process.
• Performing regular machine and inventory inspections and reporting any issues or reordering stock as required.
• It is required to be accurate and consistent in placement of designs on products.
• Inspect work performed by yourself and other team members for quality and accuracy
• Lift and move boxes, bags, product
• Fold, unfold, pack and label products accurately
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Other odd jobs will be required as needed. Everyone is expected to work as team for the greater good of the company

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail. We have a lot of orders coming through and the ability to recognize an error or mistake in your work is a must.
• No experience needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses excellent attention to detail
• Must be a quick learner
• Take and follow instructions well from supervisors
• Be positive and outgoing
• Must be well organized
• Able to move freely about the facility, bend, kneel, stand and walk for extended periods of time and up to 8 hrs a day
• Able to accurately and easily read customer orders
• Able to work alone and in a team
• Not be afraid to operate and make minor mechanical adustments to machinery
• Able to lift boxes and bags that weight as much as 50 lbs

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour starting pay for new trainees, up to $20.00 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Flexible hours, pick your hours between 6:00am - 5:00pm

• Phoenix, AZ 85040: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
