The Department of Emergency Medicine at East Carolina University, Brody School of Medicine, seeks board certified or board eligible emergency medicine physicians, family medicine physicians or pediatric emergency medicine physicians for temporary, part-time faculty positions at the title of clinical instructor, clinical assistant professor or higher, depending on qualifications.
Depending on interests and qualifications, the physician will provide clinical care at the Vidant Medical Center Emergency Department, Children’s Emergency Department, Vidant Beaufort Hospital located in Washington, NC and/or The Outer Banks Hospital located in Nags Head.
Minimum Education/Experience
Physicians must be able to obtain a license to practice medicine in North Carolina; be granted medical staff privileges at Vidant Medical Center, Vidant Beaufort Hospital or The Outer Banks Hospital; be approved to practice medicine through ECU Physicians, and receive medical liability insurance coverage through the BSOM carrier.
