Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and energetic storyteller to join our team in a flexible working environment in Cranberry Township to help build brand advocates and create memorable experiences for both employees and customers around the world.

What you will do:
Part of the Brand Experience and PR team, MSA’s Employer Brand and Culture Manager will support MSA’s Employer Branding, Brand Experience, Culture, and Corporate Social Media efforts.

Here’s how you’ll tell the MSA story to the company’s many stakeholders around the world:

Provide strategic input and drive overall execution of the company’s global employer and corporate brand strategies. You will serve as the primary contact to manage global employer brand content and coordinate tactical and local execution with regional employer branding teams. More specifically, you will:
  • Overhaul, development and relaunch of MSA’s careers page;
  • Develop digital content campaigns highlighting the MSA associate experience (via video, interactive media, infographics, etc.)
  • Develop campaigns to highlight the global Employee Value Proposition; and
  • Develop and publish content that supports regional hiring campaigns.

Support Brand Experience and Culture Initiatives by planning, creating and executing various brand experience and culture initiatives to ensure retention of associates among a hybrid and global working environment.

Manage MSA’s corporate social media presence by refining and executing the company’s corporate social strategy to highlight MSA Safety’s employer of choice status.
  • Create, develop and publish content that highlights the MSA brand persona, including CSR accomplishments and activities, DE&I progress, executive visibility, public affairs, product advocacy issues, and MSA organizational recognitions.
  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve MSA practices for campaign planning and effectiveness measurement.
  • Be an expert on social media platforms and engagement.

Qualifications:
Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to execute and meet deadlines
  • Proven track record of creating visually compelling and impactful content and/or presentations
  • An analytical mind and ability to think critically
  • Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Social Media platforms and landscape
  • High level of business acumen

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or journalism or related degree.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a communications, social media, or marketing role or related experience.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Proficient public speaking abilities
  • Proficient business writing skills
  • Advertising or PR agency experience
