Provide the Lockheed Martin site manager located at the Aegis Test Team in Pascagoula, with project and manpower planning support, budget implementation and monitoring and support and all administrative functions. Office support and management. Duties will include: Develop and maintain manpower and budget plans Support site manager with cost and schedule variance analysis Support site manager in conduct of monthly financial reviews Assist site manager with weekly and monthly activity and status reports and presentations Support site manager with Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities Office administration. Support Senior Engineer Planner. Provide on-sight coordination for visit requests, travel requests and security clearances.
Support local customer unique tasking for ATT Pascagoula.
Test Program responsibilities & duties to support completion of SCN (Ship Construction NEW) test program.
Duties will include: Test Calls, Engineering Test Matrix, documenting Test Deficiency Reports (TDRs), TORS (Test Observation Reports), Trial Cards & similar appropriate functions.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
Experience with shipyard environment and Aegis Test Program
Clearance Level: Secret

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader

- 2+ years of professional experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and work with minimal supervision.
- Some travel will be required.
