Function/Duties of Position: Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent. One year experience providing customer service to a high volume customer base. Proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to establish mutual agreements that result in clear responsibility, taking personal action to accomplish an agreed result and assuming personal responsibility for the results of behavior and actions.
• Actions are consistent with ethical values. Honest communication and actions.

• Demonstrates consideration and appreciation for colleagues, clients, and customers.

• Demonstrates the ability to convey thoughts and ideas as well as understand perspective of others.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of (or enrollment in) the Sterile Processing Course; OR
• 2 years job experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical laboratory with exposure to decontamination and cleaning process; OR
• 2 years handling experience including inventory and stocking of perishable supplies.
