A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EVENING LAUNDRY ATTENDANT

As an entry-level Evening Laundry Attendant, you help keep our assisted living residents well-supplied with clean linens and clothing by washing and drying them. You collect, sort, weigh, and load linens and clothes into the washer and dryer. Later, you fold and stack them. When everything is dry and properly folded, you place linens and personal clothing on marked shelves and deliver them to the appropriate rooms.

You keep the laundry room organized and well-maintained by mopping the floor, cleaning the washers and dryers, and cleaning lint traps on a daily basis. You make sure to empty all washers and dryers before leaving for the day. Personable and friendly, you always provide high-quality service to our residents when you interact with them. You love being a part of a positive environment and knowing how crucial you are to our cleaning team!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EVENING LAUNDRY ATTENDANT

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• The ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, callouts, etc
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
