REQ8722 Executive, MICE Sales (Open Date: 10/05/2023)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Executive, MICE is responsible for supporting the MICE Sales and Events team in sourcing, negotiation, planning and operation of the MICE sales and successful execution of each group and event at Studio City Macau.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Sales Managers in sourcing, negotiation, planning and operation of the sales
- Assist Event Team with the successful execution of weddings, banquets, and corporate meetings as well as the overall satisfaction of our guests
- To liaise with the various business partners on all the sales related activities
- Ensure effective communication to the sales & marketing team
- Liaise between clients and Sales/Events team
- Source and communicate market intelligence regarding competitor hotels, destinations and industry happenings to the team
- Establish good working relationships with corporate accounts, DMCs, MICE travel agents
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- 2 years experience working in the Sales or Events department for an integrated resort, hotel or convention center
- Experience communicating with corporate accounts, DMCs and MICE travel agents
Education
- A degree / diploma with appropriate experience in related qualifications required
Skills / Competencies
- Excellent knowledge of Delphi
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
