Little Harvard Academy is new to Columbia S.C. We are extremely excited and eager to demonstrate what we bring to the Carolinas. We strive to provide our scholars with a warm, caring environment with a high-quality education for children ages 1-year-old to 5 years. We are in need of someone who enjoys working with small children, is patient, and caring, and can effectively communicate with parents. You will be a lead teacher in our three-year-old classroom.

Responsibilities include: lesson planning, collaboration with co-teachers, tracking children in/out, preparing materials and executing daily activities, following curriculum theme, and watching children. This position involves prep work and fluid communication with parents. In addition, there will be help required with feeding and diaper changing along with light cleaning tasks. Must also have strong organizational skills, classroom management, an conflict resolution skills. Must be able to work the hours of 7am-4pm.

Requirements: High School Diploma/GED & ECD101

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Experience:

• Childcare: 1 year (Required)
