Job description
Join the CESA 7 Head Start team! Head Start provides high quality early education for children and family support services designed to enhance overall family well being. The Family Services Manager plans and coordinates program-wide family service/parent and community engagement strategies that meet or exceed Head Start Performance Standards; provides support, supervision, and evaluation for family advocates; ensures the program is in compliance with Head Start ERSEA requirements, promotes the CESA 7 Head Start 0-5 program in Brown and Manitowoc counties.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor/Master degree in Social Work or related human service field required. Home visiting/case-management/supervision and experience working with low income or at risk young children and/or families strongly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,849.00 - $63,903.00 per year
