This role will demonstrate a passion for products that solve customers problems and is responsible for the why, what and when products get built. They must have a deep knowledge of the customer, data, business, market and industry. They will collaborate with the team to evaluate opportunities and determine what gets built and delivered to customers.


What You’ll Accomplish and Experience

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand customers’ needs to identify areas of opportunity, create and manage product vision and roadmap
  • Clearly articulate the business value to the product team for clear understanding of intent behind new products
  • Drive product vision from development, from conception to launch of products to deliver first class user experience
  • Research and leverage consumer insights and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure business impact of products and features to identify opportunities to evolve as well as track product revenue plans
  • Solve real problems for users and customers in ways that meet the needs of the business
  • Work with sales and marketing to develop sales collateral (data and application sheets, advertisement, product release announcements, etc)
  • Understand and clearly communicate product technical and commercial details to company stakeholders and customers

Desirable Previous Experience

  • Understanding of internet connectivity mediums (fiber, fixed wireless)
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, communication, and production technology capabilities.
  • Understanding of Product Management principles
  • Passionate about creating products that bring business value
  • Uncanny ability to structure problem solving approaches and to bring multiple solutions to solving complex problems
  • Strong technical background with intuitive design sense, experience leading technical projects
  • Detailed mindset, capable of anticipating and identifying many moving parts of a new product and features
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect, inspire change and influence of peers, leadership and stakeholders and develop partnerships
  • Proven track record to create and deliver effective executive communication
  • Experience crafting product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision and leading design discussions
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of quickly evaluating and prioritizing new projects alongside customer’s feedback
  • Strong ability to take complex user requirements and distill them into a format that can be understood by developers as well as non-technical staff
  • Ability to understand market trends, financial data, and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data
