L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time Field Installer to join our team.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Installation of both non-electrical and electrical signs such as poles, pylon, monuments, channel letters, ADA, lobby signs, and more
• Perform tasks with minimal general supervision while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers
• Safety must be high on your priority level

• Possess a Class B CDL or willing to pursue one
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working at various heights
• General knowledge of hardware and hand and power tools
• Must be able to read and review installation drawings
• Must be willing and able to work outside of regular business hours if/when needed
• Willing to be trained in other areas of the business
• Must be willing to travel
• Must be able to work as part of a team
