As a Field IT Support Technician for Reynolds and Reynolds, you will perform onsite installation and maintenance support on a variety of computer equipment, printers and specialized Key Control equipment. Each technician is provided with a company vehicle that will be used to travel to our customer sites. Other duties include maintaining an inventory of repair parts and documenting your work through our service tracking system.

Fiber Converters
Scanners

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous technical experience or training required
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a consistent basis
• Customer service experience
• Must be able to attend a paid training class in Texas
• Good communication skills
• Good driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• A+ certified is a plus

You will have an assigned territory and will attend a paid training program in College Station, TX. The training is primarily a hands-on familiarization course of the equipment at customer sites and will also teach our policies and procedures.
