ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY MD: ANNAPOLIS, ARNOLD, CROWNSVILLE, GLEN BURNIE, EDGEWOOD, FORT MEADE, JESSUP, LINTHICUM, ODENTON, PASADENA and surrounding areas.
A Werres Corporation Field Service Technician works at customer site in a shop environment. Responsible for troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems, installations, and performing unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance on forklift/equipment.
Skills, personal characteristics:
  • Mechanical / electrical aptitude
  • Effectively use volt, ohm and multimeters,operate personal hand tools, grinders, pressers, forklift, hoists, overhead cranes
  • Read and interpret schematics and manuals
  • Customer focused, professional communication skills
  • Work independently as well as a team member
  • Sense of urgency with commitment to achieving success
  • Working knowledge of personal computers, familiarity with cell phone, internet and email functions. Must be able to enter data accurately.
  • Good driving record
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze breakdowns of customer equipment.
  • Recommend action to correct
  • Complete major repairs and overhaul industrial forklift equipment
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on forklift / industrial equipment
  • Provide superior customer service
Training:
Training provided to become a Raymond Certified Technician from Basic Certified, Level 1, Level 2, and Master Certified.

Service Technicians dispatched from home and compensated for hours worked. Typical workweek consists of 40 or more hours.
