Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage the FP&A team

• Work with the business units and corporate office to build their annual budgets and quarterly financial forecasts (with ultimately goal being a weekly revenue and EBITDA forecast)
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of longer-term financial forecast (i.e. 3-5 year plan)
• Produce ad hoc financial and business models to assist the leadership team with short-term, mid-term and long-term financial and business planning
• Delivery of market and competitor information and statistics and associated commentary to the leadership team
• Create and maintain various financial and operational KPI’s on a regular basis
• Assist with tracking various net working capital metrics by business unit
• Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance, including fluctuation analysis
• Develop a standard mechanism for tracking price vs. volume revenue growth for each business unit
• Utilizing BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
• Assist the leadership team with strategic projects, as requested
• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results
• Reviewing business unit existing operations, processes and procedures and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives
• Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions
• Ability to clearly communicate results and recommendations to senior management (both verbally and written) for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations
• Assist with other ad-hoc financial requests, as required

Preferred Education, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant analytical experience
• Significant analytical skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools
• Strong quantitative abilities
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to build relationships
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• High level of business acumen
• Advanced computer software skills, including writing macros in Excel and other accounting ERP systems and software packages
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA or CFA
