Club Fit is seeking talented individuals interested in joining our Fitness/Personal Training teams at our Jefferson Valley and Briarcliff Manor locations. This is an opportunity for Certified Personal Trainers to join an award winning club – 2022 Westchester Magazine winner "Best Health Club" General Personal Trainer responsibilities • Complete new member fitness introduction appointments and personal training sessions; instructing proper form, etiquette and use of equipment • Lead free to member small group fitness classes • Care for the cleanliness and maintenance of the fitness equipment • Actively interact with members and seek new clients • Help clients make healthy lifestyle changes • Train clients to reach their goals • Design safe and effective workouts • Document client workouts and progress • Create and implement small group specialized programming Qualifications • Current nationally recognized Personal Training certificate • Minimum of 1-year personal training experience • Ability to work 20-30 hours per week • CPR/AED certification Pay Range This position is commission based (40 - 45% of revenue received) Club Fit Benefits • Complimentary premium club membership • Generous staff discounts • Paid professional development • 401(k) retirement saving plan • Medical • Dental • Vision • Short term disability • Long term disability • Aflac supplemental insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts- Health, Dependent Care • Paid Time Off A world apart from fitness as usual Club Fit is an equal opportunity employer.
