Cambridge Fitness Brier Creek is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to help increase fitness memberships and brand recognition in the Raleigh/Durham market.
Cambridge Fitness has established itself as a premier fitness center 8 years ago in Wilmington, NC. Now with multiple locations under its brand, Cambridge Fitness Brier Creek is the newest and largest with over 35,000 square feet of Fitness, Pool and medical professionals. Its convenient location between Raleigh and Durham is convenient to many businesses and neighborhoods.
Cambridge Fitness takes special interest in active adults in their later years. With physical therapy, salon services and a medical practice on site, Cambridge Fitness is prepared to influence anyone over the age of 30 years old at any stage of life.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of sales experience in Fitness, Health, and Wellness is preferred.
- Confident in generating personal sales
- Ability to work independently and collaborate
- Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail.
- Experience with Social Media Marketing.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email.
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
- An affinity and passion for fitness.
- Solid writing and grammar skills.
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
DUTIES:
- Lead generation for new customer base and monthly memberships
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
- Communicate with local medical practices (physical therapy, orthopedic specialist, chiropractors) to obtain referral stream for new memberships.
- Implement sales process to schedule prospects to tour facility
- Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts.
- Engage in Social Media campaigns
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to ensure membership goals are tracked and obtained. Reports to be reviewed by Fitness Director and Executive Director
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events with local businesses to create brand recognition.
- Collaborate with other staff to create marketing collateral and social media posts.
Full-Time Hourly + Commission
Monday-Friday scheule with some weekend availability

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
