We are seeking someone to join our Logistics team in Chino, California as a Freight Pay Coordinator, Temporary. In this role, you will be responsible for validating, and auditing payment for domestic and/or international transportation related freight and logistics services invoices for all business units.

We are seeking someone to join our Logistics team in Chino, California as a Freight Pay Coordinator, Temporary. In this role, you will be responsible for validating, and auditing payment for domestic and/or international transportation related freight and logistics services invoices for all business units.
Responsibilities:
As a Freight Pay Coordinator, you will:
- Maintain invoicing payments to carrier terms with a zero late fee objective.
- Prompt and complete feedback/reporting to internal and external customers.
- Process claim and refund checks from carriers accurately and timely.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies as well as other internal and external data errors including no match, entry errors, duplicate and incorrect invoicing.
- Resolve discrepancies/exceptions and troubleshoots for outsourced invoice processing providers.
- Run reports/maintain excel files to monitor and act on department and invoice payment metrics.

Qualifications:
We seek people with these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in Logistics/Analytics/Accounting or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in invoicing preferred
- Freight pay or accounting invoicing experience preferred
- Excellent organizational, decision making, analytical, communication and follow-up skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
