Come join our expanding team! We are seeking a highly-skilled and self-motivated front desk agent. Front Desk agents are responsible for performing all front desk related functions including, but not limited to, welcoming guests, guest checking-in and out, making room and restaurant reservations, opening and providing local activities recommendations and ensuring that our guests have everything they need.
You should be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities in and out of the office, including filing, answering the phone, setting the breakfast in the mornings, inspecting rooms and more. Reliability and a strong sense of teamwork combined with great communication skills are a must, as well as familiarity with all necessary office equipment, software, and procedures.
