Job description

Academy Trainers are responsible for training associates on the frontend and making sure they stay up to date on their computer training.

Academy Trainers are responsible for making sure the frontend runs smoothly, customers are getting to the open registers, taking care of customer and associate needs in a timely manner.

Academy Trainers have to learn all of the functions of the frontend so they can run it when the Team Lead is not there. Academy Trainers themselves are training for the next step in leadership which is a Team Lead position.

They are responsible for following the policies, dress code and making sure their frontend associates do the same.

Making sure that the frontend modulars are up to date, clean and labled. Keep up with daily and weekly processes.

Must have integrity, good communication and leadership skills, be reliable, dependable, honest. Be willing to listen to your associates and customers.
