Family Entertainment Group is currently seeking a Game Technician for the Game Room at Sawgrass Mills Mall in Sunrise. We request that the technician be able to meet the job requirements, as well provide superior customer service for our guests.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Employee is responsible for the maintenance and repair of arcade equipment/game rooms "keep games clean and working".
• Repairing and maintaining arcade video games, prize game, and simulation games.
• Filling redemption games, ensuring all lighting is working, all game components are working in all games
• Timely Reporting to corporate office of supply needs to perform job; i.e.…game down, what part is needed to fix ASAP and Redemption

Requirements for Technician:

• Knowledge of AC/DC circuitry and basic electronics is required. Must be able to read schematic's and wire diagrams to repair machine.
• Ability to resolve issues and problems using common sense, electrical skills in a timely manner.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Must pass background check to be hired.
• Must be able to utilize a digital multi-meter.
• Ability to work standing, sitting, bending, crouching if needed for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Maintain a neat uniform and professional appearance when working at customer locations

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

• Sunrise, FL 33323: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
