Work Schedule

Talk to your HR Rep about shift options (12-hour shifts, midnights-afternoons-days weekly rotational shifts etc. varies by department)

+$1.00 shift differential for hours worked 6:00pm - 6:00am

General Labor (Production Team Member) at a glance

The Production Team Member is responsible for multiple areas within production, sanitation, quality, equipment operations and safety including to dismantle- clean- sanitize and reassemble all equipment in the Processing system to produce the most consistent high quality product at the lowest cost.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Performing Good Sanitation Practices (GSP’s) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) when handling equipment.
• Perform all required observations and training timely and as scheduled.
• Conduct daily Production Line Checks and document including documenting HACCP details.
• Perform daily Quality Checklists.
• Consistently communicate with department co-workers on current tasks.
• Perform sanitation duties for production equipment as needed and period sanitation work as assigned.
• Operate electric hand truck.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Follow all safety rules, use LO/TO when necessary, wear all appropriate PPE.
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing plant environment with heavy machinery and equipment.
• Ability to work in hot/cold temperatures (some areas may get up to 95* and some areas may be wet at times)
• Ability to traverse my work environment- sustained up to 2/3 of my working hours.
• Ability to perform moderate workload occasionally exerting up to 50 lbs. of force- limited movement from my workstation for brief periods of time.
