R&D Custom Fencing has been serving the Duncan area for 44 years, and we have a great reputation for building a great product. We have immediate opening for an individual to help us continue to succeed. This job is general labor, to help build residential and some commercial fencing. You need to know you will work in all outdoor temperature conditions , must be punctual, willing to work and follow instructions, and retain instructions. You must be able to lift 50# or more, carry heavy loads, wheelbarrow concrete, carry materials to and from job site, work with hand tools, help build concrete forms, help dig post holes and set in concrete, and any other job related activities. We will train, and expect you to follow instructions and do the job as the Foreman instructs. Phone use is limited to lunch time only, and phones are left in the truck. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed during the work day. No exceptions. We are fair with our employees, and will pay you well if you are willing to work.
