Roles & Responsibilities Define Genesys Cloud implementation program scope, assess impact, determine implementation approach determine schedule, budget working with IT and Business stakeholders • Establishing PMO office for various global implementation rollout with effective governance, accountability, oversight, and reporting • Actively collaborate with the cross functional team, vendors and technical teams and help prioritize implementation working with business stakeholders • Lead the multiyear Genesys rollout supporting the customers for post and pre drug approvals to provide the medical information in a highly regulated environment • Effectively utilize the PM Framework, leveraging the tools like Plan view and other collaboration tools like MS Teams for increased productivity • Manage multiple site expansion projects (internal, external, & for multiple divisions) in parallel, with regular monitoring, reporting of the program to Sr Leadership and pivot when required • Lead team including other Project Managers to resolve all program/project issues and constraints, effectively communicate, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts collaborating closely with team and leadership • Build and execute operational and technical project plans, facilitate all project gate reviews, and effectively escalate issues for the program success

Job Type: Contract

Salary: From $80.00 per hour
