As a Business Analyst on the MO Global Property team, you will be responsible for collaborating with senior MO leadership, the global network and other functional support areas to enhance business performance of our MO team. You will need strong business analytical skills, great communication skills and have an eye for developing process improvement opportunities.

• Support the successful implementation of critical business projects through effective business analysis as well as design and delivery of sustainable process improvements for MO and our underwriting partners.
• Work with MO leadership to develop training material with highlights on structure, process, and execution
• Assist in the development of tracking mechanisms that highlight reasons for backlogs and develop process efficiencies to eliminate those backlog situations
• Lead the GISMO champion network for NA and represent the US in the global GISMO network
• Represent US Property on enterprise-wide initiatives (e.g. Fusion) to ensure the right task is performed by the right role.
• Represent US Property on technical/automation Fusion initiatives
• Monitor and analyze results of newly implemented workflows, tools, and processes to determine success of execution. Address failures and implement change to obtain expected results.
• Become the “go to” Ceded Re ops expert. Participate in enterprise Reinsurance initiatives

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

• BA or BS degree and/or moderate insurance experience in an underwriting or underwriting support role
• Background in global property programs. Understanding of processes, tools, and structure of global programs and the AXAXL Global Network
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration and presenting skills. Able to communicate and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Comfortable with reviewing and analyzing business data to support error trends, training effectiveness and tracking opportunities. Advance Excel skills required
• An independent worker with above average problem solving skills. Uses imaginative and thoughtful ideas to identify gaps and formulate plans for resolutions
• Capable of handling highly complex situations with patience and innovative thinking
