As part of the production/grower’s team at B,ela Flor Nurseries the goal is to produce the highest quality product and meet the specs and schedule of our customers. You will be working in a greenhouse climate that will also include outside conditions throughout the year. You will be working alongside sectional growers and water hands within the facility. You will learn fertilizer application rates, the science of chemical applications, and required to have a pesticide application license (date TBD), PPE requirement, equipment maintenance, and reporting any crop or safety issues to management.
