Job Description:

Lake Pointe Inn, a luxury resort located in McHenry, MD, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced High-Level Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our high-end guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and organize guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, including but not limited to scrubbing floors, washing walls, and cleaning windows
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and ensure they are used and stored properly
• Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are fully stocked in guest rooms and public areas
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in high-level housekeeping or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment or supplies as needed
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
