IGT Logistics INC, a nationwide third-party logistics provider (3PL) headquartered in Itasca, IL, is inviting experienced customer sales representatives with an extensive book of business to join our team.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, reliable, ambitious, and eager to put in the time and effort needed to take the business to the next level.
Qualifications
- At least two years of customer-facing sales experience in a freight brokerage
- Experience with closing sales deals
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience with high call volume in a sales environment
- Must have a book of business (current/previous shipping customers)
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and manage new client relationships through cold calling and identifying customer needs
- Research leads and build a comprehensive Book of Business
- Effectively maintain a pipeline to generate revenue to meet or exceed goals and expectations.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and other departments
- Be adaptable, knowledgeable, and resourceful to solve every customer issue you come across

Compensation
- Base Salary $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
- Commission Pay- Up to 22% of GP
- Referral and Performance Bonuses
- Sign-on bonuses for qualified candidates
