We understand how difficult it is to find a hospital who is willing to accept new graduates. Pioneer Staffing has successfully created a foundation for new grads with placement at various hospitals throughout the state of California.

Pioneer’s New Grad Program is designed to indoctrinate new grads by facilitating all levels of their training in their preferred unit (if available) into professional nursing. Extensive supportive resources are available to you through hands on training, orientation, education classes, online modules, and preceptorship. Our focus and priority for our new grads is to feel supported through their professional development. Upon successful completion of this program, you will be prepared to work as an independent, professional LVN and have excelled with competence.

Hospital Location:

Various Hospital Units throughout many hospitals in California

Available Units:

*Med Surg (Rehab)

*Telemetry

*Emergency Department (NIGHTS ONLY)

*DOU

*OB

Details:

• Guaranteed placement of preferred unit.
• Hands on experience in an acute facility!
• Full-Time: 36 hours per week 3 days a week /12 hours shift
• AM and PM availability

Licensed Vocational Nurse Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse Nurse (LPN) licensure: Required
• Covid-19 Vaccinations & Booster: Required
• Immunization Records/Blood Titers: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required AHA
• Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification: AHA
• Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) certification: AHA

***Certifications vary based on unit
