Under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or designee, the CNA:

• Provides direct and indirect patient care
• Assists with delegated activities of the nursing plan, transportation, and clerical tasks.
• Assists the RN with implementing the patient care plan which includes maintaining accurate: records, patient documentation, patient admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Always maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements at all times.

Available Shifts:

• 4,8,10 and 12 hour shifts
• Day, Evening and Night shifts
• Full/Part time and supplemental shifts

Requirements:

• Current HCA or Caregiver certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified Nursing Assistant license must be acquired within 120-days of employment.
• Must commit to 12 months of employment.
• CPR and First Aid certified or acquired within 30 days of employment.

• Washington State Food Handler's permit or acquired within 30 days of employment.
• Experience working with geriatric populations (preferred).
