• Have professional working experience in the horticulture, plant nursery, garden center, or other related industry field

• A licensed driver with a clean record
• Have work experience with at least one company for more than 3 continuous years? Preferably in the Plant Industry.

Basic Job Duties include:

Servicing and caring for plants on site by analyzing their health and appearance, watering, cleaning, trimming, monitoring their soil conditions, treat for pest or disease concerns, and other Horticultural services.

This position is physically demanding and therefore the selected candidate must be able to perform a variety of physical tasks including prolonged periods of time: walking, sitting, operating a motor vehicle, standing, bending, using hand tools, lifting up to 40lbs if needed, climbing, reaching, etc.

What Do We Offer….

• Flexible Work Schedule? We offer four or five day workweeks. No Weekends or Nights. Your schedule of clients is established; however, we are open to meet your particular working time. If you like to start earlier in a day and end earlier or if you like to start later in the day, perhaps after your kids go to school, we are open to discussing.
• A Fully Equipped Company Vehicle for your use? You will have use of a fully equipped company vehicle. Most of our vehicles are newer Mercedes-Benz Metris.
• A Company Smartphone? All team members receive a company photo which allows for photo sharing and live video so you can discuss any concerns or ask questions during your work hours.
• Medical Coverage? 50% We provide Medical Coverage for our Team Members and as a benefit pay 50% of the premium costs for you.

• Free Provided Uniform Shirts? For safety and security reasons we require team members to wear our Uniform Shirt and Hoodie. We do not feel you should have to pay to for uniform shirts as they are a required part of your position.
